Bendigeidfran provides IT Workshops, Surgeries and Training for any occasion! These semi-structured services focus on key challenges for people who require IT guidance and tuition, doing our utmost to educate and lift people's confidence when utilising IT.

If you're a member of a local group or organisation and require the use of IT for a specific reason or maybe using new software for the first time, our IT Workshops are a great way to share knowledge and educate people through group activities and discussions. We also recommend arranging a follow up session to evaluate and recap on the first meeting.

Our IT Surgeries can either offer an IT Help Desk service, providing 1 to 1 support and advice, or 'drop in clinics' and an 'IT walk around' service for on-demand IT support and advice so that groups or individuals can perform tasks more efficiently.
